ERS Awarded Pharmacy Technician Scholarship Assistance Grant

San Diego, California — Equip Resource Solutions (ERS) is proud to announce that we have been awarded a Pharmacy Technician Scholarship Assistance grant, made possible thanks to our collaborative corporate partners and through the Equip Resource Solutions Career Skills Lab.

This grant reflects our continued commitment to removing financial barriers that prevent individuals in our community from accessing quality healthcare career training.

With this scholarship assistance, ERS can now offer tuition support to qualifying individuals who are ready to pursue a career as a Pharmacy Technician — one of the most in-demand and accessible entry points into the healthcare workforce.

The WMTC Pharmacy Technician Program

Scholarship recipients have the opportunity to explore the WMTC Pharmacy Technician Hybrid Program, located right here in San Diego. This nationally recognized program prepares students to:

• Sit for the ExCPT NHA national certification exam
• Work in retail, hospital, and specialty pharmacy environments
• Build a foundation for long-term healthcare career advancement

The hybrid format combines classroom instruction with online learning, making it accessible for working adults and caregivers.
