We are thrilled to announce that Equip Resource Solutions (ERS) has been awarded a Pharmacy Technician Scholarship Assistance grant, made possible thanks to our collaborative corporate partners and through the Equip Resource Solutions Career Skills Lab.
This grant enables ERS to offer tuition scholarship assistance to qualifying individuals who are interested in pursuing a career as a Pharmacy Technician — one of the fastest-growing healthcare roles in San Diego and across the nation.
Scholarship recipients have the opportunity to explore programs such as the WMTC Pharmacy Technician Program in San Diego — a hybrid training program designed to prepare students for the national ExCPT NHA certification exam and a rewarding career in pharmacy.

A Pharmacy Technician Training Program Option
The Western Medical Training Center (WMTC) offers a nationally recognized Pharmacy Technician hybrid program right here in San Diego. Graduates are prepared to sit for the ExCPT NHA national certification exam and launch a career in retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy settings.
