Translation Earbuds
A single pair of real-time translation earbuds can be the difference between a student understanding their coursework — or falling behind. For $40, a donor ensures a non-English-speaking learner has full access to every lesson.
Sponsor a Set of Scrubs
Every student entering a clinical program needs proper scrubs to show up ready and professional. For $50, you can fully outfit a student — removing one more barrier between them and their first day of training.
Gas Cards & Rideshare Support
Getting to class shouldn't be the reason a student drops out. Donors can sponsor gas cards or Lyft/Uber credits to ensure students can make it to every session — no matter where they're starting from.
Full Scholarship — Clinical Medical Assistant
Through our affiliation with Western Medical Training Center, $2,500 fully funds a student's Clinical Medical Assistant program — covering tuition, scrubs, curriculum, and hybrid learning access. In weeks, not years, a student gains the skills and credentials to launch a medical career.

ERS-supported students gain access to fast-track, affordable healthcare certification programs through our affiliated training partner. All programs are designed to be completed in weeks — not years — with hybrid scheduling that lets students work, care for family, and still build a career.
